Share a news briefing your friends can hear

Anyone with the listen link can play the same edition. They do not need an account. Listening is free. That is the point of sharing, not forwarding a 2,000-word email.

Editions are researched and then drafted with models. If we cannot cite a URL, the story does not ship.

What the friend hears

The listen page is the public face of an edition: title, player, then the sourced stories. Same audio you heard. Same citations. They can play it on a phone in a browser. They do not pass through signup to press play.

What they do not see

Your dashboard, minutes, topics, and billing stay private. A listen link is that briefing, not your account. If you are signed in, we hide the “make your own” pitch. If they are not, they can start their own briefing after they hear yours.

Why every private brief is not in Google

Share cards on WhatsApp and Telegram need a real title and a real description. Search engines do not need an index of every ObjectId URL we ever generated. Those pages are unbounded, personal, and derivative of the sources. Putting them all in Google would be noise. The listen link still works for humans.

The pages we want found are the product, the notes on how it works, and the door to start your own briefing.

Questions

Do friends need an account to listen?
No. The listen link plays the edition. Listening is free.
Will my briefing show up in search?
No. Listen pages tell search engines not to index them. Shares still unfurl with the real title.
